Melissa Obrien started her career with the Grafton-Taylor County Health Department in 2021. When coming on board, Melissa was hit with the second big wave of COVID and took the job on like a champ. Melissa is trained in Sanitarian work and is also our Threat Prep Coodinator. If you have questions conerning Sanitarian information and/or Threat Prep, Melissa is your girl.
